There are no affiliate links anywhere on this website. We are not paid when you click a link, visit a manufacturer, or buy a product. No manufacturer, dealer, installer or retailer pays us for coverage, placement or a favourable conclusion. Nothing on this site is sponsored.
We mention specific brands and models because you cannot write usefully about water treatment without naming equipment. Those mentions are editorial judgements made under our Research and Review Methodology.
If this changes
Water Upkeep may in future join affiliate programmes. If it does:
- This page will be updated before any commissioned link is published.
- Every page containing an affiliate link will carry a clear disclosure above the first such link, not only in the footer.
- The disclosure will say plainly that we may earn a commission and that it costs you nothing extra.
- Our ranking criteria will not change, and the criteria will remain published.
- The conflicts of interest section of our methodology page will be updated the same day.
Why we are starting without it
A new site that begins by monetising every page has no way to prove its recommendations were not bought. We would rather establish the record first. Building the reference is the job; revenue is a consequence, not the objective.
